What materials do you use?

We primarily use premium PLA+, PETG, and flexible TPU filaments, as well as photopolymer resin for ultra-fine detail pieces. Each product listing specifies the exact material used.

Are your products food-safe?

Standard PLA and PETG are generally not recommended for direct food contact due to layer porosity. However, we offer food-safe resin options for items like planters and holders.

Are the colors accurate to photos?

Colors may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of filament manufacturing. We do our best to keep color consistency, but minor variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does production take?

Most products are printed fresh to order and take 3–5 business days to produce, plus 2–5 days for shipping depending on your location in India.

Do you ship pan-India?

Yes! We ship to all major cities and most pincodes across India via reputable courier partners.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Custom Orders

Do you accept custom print requests?

Yes — custom orders are our specialty. You can send us your STL file or describe what you'd like, and we'll provide a quote within 24 hours. Email us at hello@shapesmith.in.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. Files should be watertight (manifold) for best results.

Returns & Support

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I care for my 3D printed item?

Keep PLA products away from direct sunlight and temperatures above 60°C. Clean with a damp cloth — avoid harsh solvents.
